Premier pro, although I wouldn't recommend it. It's really good but don't give Adobe your money. I just use it because I'm used to it. There are other cheaper options out there :)
I tried to explain like 10 seconds in but I accidentally had a weird layer on my recording so there was a white square on the screen. I thought it looked ugly and I figured covering it up with the fish would be funny
