Obviously all AoE quick servants, MHXA (at least not with NP1), Proto-Cu, Cursed Arm Hassan, Jing Ke, Ann & Mary (not with NP1 again), Billy the Kid, Tristan, Lobo and Yan for the same reason (also Diarmuid saber). I also don't summer Fran, Medusa Lily, Caesar and Ushi.

Diarmuid Lancer can do it, but Diarmuid Saber can't lol
Mostly cause Diarmuid saber has non upgraded np and less np level due to his rarity
