Correct me if I am wrong , it should be a new condo from Tridel built on HWY 7 next to 23 Cox .. the view to FMP side will all blocked in a couple of years .
I can't believe it has been already 17 years. I remember when this was brand new. I love the circular design of some of those south facing corner units. Its too bad they don't make 1+1 these spacious anymore. The renovation in this unit is very nice! I'm a fan. 👏

Even if there is a condo build at highway 7 and Rodick Road, but the west view is still good, because you are over looking the townhouses.
