I keep thinking they bring that back in another sketch, but I can never remember which one. Do they do that whole ending in another sketch too, or am I just dumber than Aubrey?
My favorite WKUK moment of all time is the moment in this sketch where Trevor snatches the card from the producer without a word--his face contorted with both seething rage and a solemn determination not to lose his fucking shit. That's followed closely by the darting look he gives the audience when they scream "WHEEL!" and the begrudgingly grateful stare after they finally pause the correct amount before saying "OF MONEY!" I don't think I've ever seen a more spot on depiction of someone losing their temper. I know those moments so well.
I’ll never truly accept that Trevor is gone. Every 4-5 months I’ll come back and watch the WKUK stuff or Trevor’s comedy and it’ll hit me all over cause I forgot. I’m so upset that I didn’t know they were streaming until right before he passed. :(
and the Abe Lincolin one every time i see an idiot make a clear mistake that results in a huge punishment(i.e. account termination), i just link that skit with that timestamp
This sketch stands out in my memory as one of the few things from _any_ show that has literally made me weep with laughter. I think the ramp up lulled me into a false sense of security that I was already "in" on the joke. That final spin was so unexpected, so gloriously gratuitous, then every time I thought it had reached its peak it just kept escalating. By the time it pulled back perspective to the control room I was sliding off my chair from laughing so hard, could barely see the screen through tears, and my girlfriend had come from downstairs to check if I was okay. So yeah... Genuinely want to say, thanks for that experience guys. I don't know exactly why it hit me _so_ right, but definitely ranks along the hardest I've laughed in my life.
I think about this sketch fairly often. There's a Wheel of Fortune game I walk by most days, and I always end up mentally correcting it, "No! It's wheel... of money!"
The wheel, of money sketch is my favorite out of all the ones I've seen. The references, the commentary on greed, the beautiful American ending, it's the best sketch by far.
I love that you guys are still so active til this day. You guys had a part in raising me which is weird, but yeah. Found you on comcast when I was like 11 and never looked back
There's no way no one has said it already, but there is one good thing to come out of covid, it is absolutely the fact that you guys are back doing shit!
my favorite part has to be when everyone on the show is dead but the feed operators are like "just keep changing cameras, if we dont get the full runtime, theyll never pick up our show!"
Wheel ... of Money is still a great skit. I been able to use it as a literary reference and legal reference in casual conversation. For example, you just can't sell a product called "Dungeons & Dragons" as if it is your own - but if you made your own genuinely original product called "Dungeons Without Dragons" that didn't source any I.P. from Wizards of the Coast/Hasbro... well, I keep telling this to people, and I just want to see who I can convince to make this project with me... or see if the stranger happened to watch WKUK too. Honestly not the best ice breaker - still better than asking someone their star sign.
??: Who is the audience of this show again? Trevor: Eh, the five of us. Wkuk: This show is for us, dammit! Joke aside, this show was great, and ultimately Trevor will be missed.
I still say "well that was fucking metal" just because of this sketch
sammme
I still say, “No ya can’t. And no ya can’t”
To this day!!!
@@natesullivanw24 I still say "come here kids... imma tie you to the radiator and grape for decades and decades and decades!!!"

I finally understand Sam's "I've been on TV before" line.
It was to catch a predator lol
I always thought what Zach thought, didn't realize it was a reference to a different sketch lol
@@lilithjade4363 I like how it's funny either way 😂 they really were comedy geniuses
Y'all are missing that dating game Sam was from Napa Valley, CA, but has since moved to Nappa Valley, AZ
Is he an electrician?

RIP Trevor man, this was my favorite skit. Along with all his musical sketches too
this was one of my personal favorite sketches of yours
The confederate flag + time travel farmer too

every time i see an idiot make a clear mistake that results in a huge punishment(i.e. account termination), i just link that skit with that timestamp
I just love how smug Sam’s character is like in the Dating Game sketch
"We're supposed to go off of your guy's ratings? Yeah, we don't have cable."
That was a great line lol

My favourite bit is when Trevor loses patience and just gets snippy and snarky with everyone. Torture: Success!

I don't know if it was intentional, but this sketch always reminds me of Sam Peckinpah's Salad Days from Monty Python.
I cant wait for the behind the scenes of Weird the Stripper and the Punk show
Same here. Also with You've Been Yellow Mustard'ed.
@@GabePuratekuta omg yes. Fuck i forgot about that one
Every time I watch wheel of fortune now, I always shout in my head “Wheel..........of money.” Thanks guys.
I genuinely believe this has to be the best sketch of yours
This was what introduced me to WKUK.
This TH-cam channel has been such a treat
I eagerly look forward to the day when WKUK comes back with a vengeance. This is excellent commentary guys.
I get to relive my childhood every-time you guys reupload
The Peppermint Pissy of television 🤣
Loved this sketch one of my favorites. Really enjoyed Trevor yelling at the audience for saying it wrong over and over. Thanks guys.
Oh damn. I always thought when he said, "I've been on TV before," he meant he had been on To Catch a Predator lol
