The rear seats can fully fold down. The bottom of the seat lifts up and moves towards the front seat and the backs fold down flat.

This needs a touchscreen display, large moonroof and fully foldable rear seats.
more than anything it needs technology. it needs self driving and all the automated features + being bulletproof is the new standard for special vehicles like the cybertruck.

It surely is no SUV. That title belongs to X5, Toureg, etc. This is a 4x4 on a separate chassis. No, no SUV.
Seats do fold down completely. They hinge forward and sit behind the forward seats.

The vehicle tool kit (vehicle tool bag and the jack) is located under the rear
bench seat. Take a look at the chapter "Seats and stowing" of the Operator Manual
Therefore, you need to fold the rear bench to reach those elements (the tool bag and the jack). The G63 Amg Square is the same about this than any other G-Wagon
