enroll is not available after enables multi-factor authentication

We couldn't find a permission set named ' trailhead' that has the 'Multi-factor Authentication for user interface logins ' permission enabled

in this challenge may be in permission set name change for u it's 'trailhead' when I solve this challenge it's mention in problem 'multi authentication for user interface logins' so according just change the label of permission set, for u create permission set name trailhead follow remaining set in a video

We couldn't find a user's successful login using multi-factor authentication. Make sure you successfully log in at least once and that you are prompted for a second form of authentication.

u have to login 2 time, Go to User--> any user whom u want login Edit it and enable lighting Login checkbox- save it and again Login with same user

when i was about to reset my password it says it wont let me reset it says ;We can't reset your password because it was changed within the last 24 hours;... so do i have to wait for 24 hours in order for me to reset? pls reply thanks in advance.

Records
17. Click Continue.
18. Fill in the custom field details:
Group Rows Volunteer Organization
Columns # Shift Hours
Click Filters.
Show Me All Users
Chatter Adoption Stage Modified Date All Time
Status Equals, Confirmed, Completed
IsShiftVolunteer Equals, True
20. Click Save.
Report Name My Top Volunteer Organizations
Select Folder Volunteer Reports
21. Click Select Folder.
22. Click Save.

there is section Lightning Login
Enable checkbox Allow Lightning Login
Allow only for users with the Lightning Login User permission
Save

there is section Lightning Login
Enable checkbox for : Allow Lightning Login
Disable checkbox for : Allow only for users with the Lightning Login User permission
there is a subsection in session settings : named as "session settings"
Enable checkbox for : Enforce login IP ranges on every request
save it ..!!!
