Oxtail is one of my favorite ❤foods to eat especially with the rice n peas , sweet plantains, and salad 🥗😋or cabbage on the side... love the scotch bonnet in my Oxtails n rice 🍚give a good kick 😋

Am I observing right... Nigerians don't chew their starch they just swallow it. Why if I may ask? To me it looks painful just watching someone swallow a chunk without chewing.

We don’t chew, just swallow 😂 We chew the soup but not the fufu. that’s just the way it is eaten (sorry can’t explain, it’s like asking why you use a fork to eat spaghetti as an Italian).
The size of the food morsels shouldn’t be that big though 😅 I guess it’s because it is a Mumbak video. Don’t know if I spelt the mumbak correctly though!
