Previously 966 programs were aligned for PGWP and it has been increased to 980. Is there any chances for increasing no of courses. I have been admitted for PG Dip. construction Management and I was opted the same would be falling under STEM. However, it was categorised under Management instructional program and no PGWP eligibility as of now. Considering the construction field, is there any hope for getting PGWP in future or what is the current scenario.? I am a Civil Engineer having sufficient experience in India. So any hope for getting a work permit as per the current job market.? If I switched the course, PGWP aligned program related to my field available only for 1 year. So, I am really doubtful whether I would be able to get extended work permit during one year PGWP ?
