It has never been easy to manoeuvre a model plane let alone a real one. Good job buddy ! 👍
that landing gear is so clever. gonna use that in future builds.
I'm too much of a wireless model.
You can make it yourself.
I can't believe you have the skills.
Thank you for watching my friend's video.
Just being honest...I just watched the ending of the video first to ensure if that actually fly...

You can make the controls less sensitive in software. Alter the parameters there so that large movement on joystick = half as much movement at rudder, alerions and flaps. Nice build. I estimate total cost at about $30. Love it.

You really nailed the controls at the end. Nice landing too.

Amazing part of this build is the Arduino onboard the plane. You can build as sophisticated flight controller as you want with out additional effort.

I have a question,
How long can it fly?
I think it can fly for 7 ,8 minutes
RC araç dünyasına yeni girenler için uygun fiyatlı ve güzel bir uçak. Video çok faydalı bir video olmuş.
easy and detailed guide... thanks bro 👍
get good
Great video and project. I'm not an expert, but I think you can use (make one, If Its not avaiable) in the arduino code an exponential function to solve the precision problem of the controler.

Great job, man!
5 stars! Great job.
I have that joystick sensor/module too, the resistance sensor value is not linear, the analog value is not that good to control things like airplane piloting. I understand your struggle
Waoo, that was a realy great job.
Teething stability problems but these are easily overcome - good project well done

i started to make my own first plane and half way through i ran into trouble on where to locate the servos, i thought i made everything wrong and i need to start from scratch.
all the videos i tried to watch showed other ways of doing things and just when i was about to give up i ran into your video and you gave me the solution.
thanks bro
@Tributary House Ltd. i now y'all very curios but im still in the middle for quite some time😬
11:15 perfect landing
Hats off brother ... Awesome 👍
One thing I would do to improve durability is make the side section of the fuselage in one single piece rather than two and design the horizontal and vertical sections to interlock with each other. This would also guarantee that both sides are positioned evenly.
I'd also advise against using an Arduino for this. There are cheap, readily available 4-channel radio systems out there that can easily do the job, with less effort and far less of a chance of something going wrong. Plus, using an Arduino to do something that can just as easily and cost-effectively be done with off-the-shelf electronics falls under the "Arduino for Blog Cred" category of DIY don'ts. It's only worth it if you want to incorporate additional receiver-side features that you can't with a standard hobby radio control system.
I suspect he simply used an Arduino, because he had experience with it.
Başarılarınız devamını dilerim, inanılmaz bir kanal keşfettiğim için çok mutluyum.
Ótimo trabalho, Very good Job!!🇧🇷
Excellent for the flying lover 😊
Nicely done!
Been a while since building but eventually plucked up courage to fly. Well...... the is no doubt the design is spot on, it flew straight as a die from a hand launch but as I suspected my motor wasn't fast enough. I managed a flight, turned it slowly (don't think I had enough rate set on controller) and landed to heavy. Because I had only used underfloor heating insulation it broke the nose and tail section.
It's not worth repairing but I'm so confident the design is good I'm going to make another and see if I can find a faster motor. Thanks for this video👍
Or u cansider to do more searching on how to make your motor go faster
The hard controls are, in my eyes, just a programming problem. You should program it so that the plane increases the angle a bit slower, not immedately to full.
well done, nice video...short and simple...you could explain at the and how and what was all the components u have used :)
It's nice that you are a creative engineer
No esperaba un aterrizaje así perfecto 😱👍👏👏
That was amazing very good well done😊👍
This is a fantastic build . I’m looking to get back into RC cars after many years off. Never flown a plane tho what’s the cost of a simple aircraft build?
I made my something around 60$
Great video. This plane was one of my first successful attempts to build and fly an RC plane although I used a Flysky transmitter and receiver. Thanks for sharing.
My brother, where did you get the control device for a plane, from where do I get the plane engine, and can I make an engine, thank you, please reply

Amazing stuff. Well done sir
you are the king of the hot glue! subscribed.
are those builds lasting or they are just for couple of runs and then the glue detach?
Hot glue is long lasting when applied in the right conditions. A suitable hot glue gun (25-30 watts) and quality hot glue material should be used.
I've made this using underfloor heating insulation 6mm, it's not as strong as the foam board but I had some left over. Not sure about the speed of motor required either but it feels fairly powerful. Waiting for a wind free day before I go out and smash it to pieces 😟☺ oh by the way mine weighs only 132g
Did it ever work?
@@regcav87 Hi, sorry I didn't get back to you. The plane tried to fly but it was underpowered. It landed badly and snapped the front off. It wasn't really repairable so whilst waiting for a motor with the correct speed I built another using the corrugated plastic used for sign boards. This one was a lot heavier but very strong. I'm not an accomplished flyer so I let my friend do it. This time it did have enough power but it nosed down soon after trying to turn ( unsure if it was the wind, plane or flyer) There was no structural damage but the motor shaft had bent so didn't get another chance to fly. I've just received another motor and am currently waiting for a bit less windy day to have another go🙂👍
I am confident of your design based on the way it flew straight with the original foam board.
In retrospect, I think I probably should have invested in the same material you used but it is fairly expensive in the UK.
I'll try to remember to update you about the next attempt.
Thanks for your interest
Gary
Well, I got another motor installed it and tried again. This time, plenty of power and it flew like a dream, but........ we flew it round a few times but it was a little short of throw on the ailerons and there was a hedge behind us it went over the hedge and lost sight and control and landed in a cornfield. Searched high and low but didn't want to trample the corn underfoot so I'm afraid it's awaiting the Combine harvester 😟😟
Still I'm undeterred and am going to build another out of the corrugated plastic as it's very strong and not withstanding operator error we will fly again👍👍
@@0garythebloke0 Hope you find it very soon.
@@hKNinan Thanks Hakan, I won't find it before the corn is harvested. I even flew over the area with a camera but didn't see it although the corn was shining white in the video so I guess the combine harvester will chew it up😣 Still I've got enough material to build another👍
ebrikler tekrar ilham geldi bana :)
Very impressive work and thank you for sharing! This one has got me thinking... which could be dangerous, hopefully!
Honestly i’m smart enough to be accurate about videos so i enjoyed building of this airplane and i’m widely smiling because it is flying exactly when he notice that he should fly gently so i did skip to the end if it is real or not.
Very cool! finally not one of these cheap clickbait videos
