*Plot Twist:* Ben was a secret agent for The CIA and he just prevented an undercover operative from being smoked and a possibility deadly encounter with a dangerous cartel.
That part was so hilarious when Larry and Hector were having a serious talk and Ben was just interrupting their talk and thought that they're still playing the game xD
Plottwist: Ben is actually working for a top secret organization that reports to the government about other secret agents. Like, what they are doing. Just to make sure they don’t betray the government. They’re like the men in the middle or the bosses of the agents bosses. Ben was actually tasked with taking them both out since one of them is a hitman and the other is suspected of refusing to hand him in. He kills them both when they part.
The fact that ben is just trying to be their best friend and thinks they are still playing the game the whole time is so wholesome but then they tell him to shut up thats just sad
I read a short story about that. A scientist from Russia, if I remember, invented some sort of accurate Lie Detector and they immediately regreted it and just want to destroy their invention. Calling it "a weapon worst than nuke". And (yes, I'm a weeb), there is an anime that one of the episode tells about a country that had invented mind-reading chip that implanted to each people's brain (not too different than accurate lie detector right?) . Saying that with that invention, human could just communicate without talking. And oh boy, what a disaster it was.
