    Immersive. I watched 3 or 4 interviews of her the past few days - as TH-cam prompted them to me.
    A whole different experience when you get up close. I was a little skeptical of her being her own artist when she said she was 'copying' others. But it's really not. Each one evokes feeling - and tells me who she is.

    Her work "makes its own statement" (what my art teacher said when little else can be said)

    I know Ms Brown is famous, but much of her work, for me, is just messy, and fails to reach an elevated place. There are many de Kooning-like passages which are beautiful though.
