Is there a way to use masking to keep an effect from affecting the rest of the video? (e.g if I color change an object but I don't want it to change that specific color in every part of the video, just on the one object?)

Hello there. We shot the TV with a shaking camera. I just want the screen as a video. Can I select from the corner points and crop that part changeably? How? I have a problem where the effect doesn't follow the mask. eg the mask is on the eyes and I'm trying to make the eyes red but the color is on the correct position for 1 frame and stays in the same place for the clip, even though the mask is on the eyes for the entire clip.

So I used the rectangle. Put it over the part I wanted to lift. Doesn't lift. When you did it, the part you wanted lifted after you clicked the boundry for the 4th point. How to you register that you want to lift the part of the picture once you have laid the rectangle?

When tracking a mask do you have to click the stopwatch first or can you just click the track forward? Does it make a difference?

To track automatically you just need to put the marker where you want to start your tracking, no need to click later

Is there a way to prevent accidentally creating a handle on a mask point? A lot of the time (even when I'm zoomed in quite close) Premiere Pro automatically assumes I either want to rotate or add a handle and move it, when all I want to do is move the mask point! Thanks for your videos! Angelo
