Mmm, try to check few things. First, is the witch's castle and kingdom is indeed devlink secured and using SAME email/facebook/or whatever you use to connect to your account. Second, check if you really BEAT chapter one. If you did, then it should be in your mailbox in cookie run kingdom. Because, i meet no problem though.
It a guest cookie, if you dont know how it works then.. basically a guest cookie goes around your kingdom, just chilling around and you can equip it in guild hall/lobby or something like that. But, you cant use it for unit to fight.
