hello, I'm new to all of this modelling thing, and I've ordered this NSX last week as my first model kit. I really like your video, they are the ones who got me into modelling, keep up the good work :)
I just bought this kit. It will be my third build, 2 Revell previously. I watched this fully, and think you have helped me a lot. I will start it next week. Thanks!
Ty for the time frames between doing things. I'm just starting to airbrush and starting building kits. I was very curious about how long I should wait for steps. Very informative videos!
This one turned out amazing! But I would have gone with a few shades lighter for the "tan" interior to better match real tan leather. It still works though!
What are the advantages of using an airbrush vs spray cans? I've watched a number of your videos and I haven't built a model since I was a kid and I'm very interested in learning more.
I'm looking forward to build this as well, thanks for the tips and tricks for this car! I've learned a lot from your channel. Would be very cool if you build a mercedes slr from tamiya.
I really like using the Vallejo paints but they always chip/rub off very easily. I often have to touch up the parts after assembling it due to this. How do you prevent that?
Just wondering if it's possible to do color match primer to help out with bleed thru? I heard you had problems on the yellow plastic kit. I see it done on real custom cars. Just wondering if it would work with the model cars too.... Like if you are painting red to tint the primer red.. Just a thought.....
Excellent build great work on the masking and the fine details. I don't often see you doing any scratch building on many of your kits how and when do you decide to augment the model with scratch build components or additional details. One comment though please ease off on the techno music it's distracting to listen to it while I'm trying to focus on watching what you're doing and listen to your comments how about some nice relaxing gentle music.
It’s a lot of years since I’ve done models like 40 or more and found this interesting. Could someone please let me know what the air brush/ spay gun runs off. Is it a mini compressor or air bottle.
hi one more question that clear stuff u use for the shine at the end, do u sand anymore and then use wax to bring the shine out or just use that diamond clear coat stuff. and thats it. thank you. joe murphy.
Have you considered buying a cheap model, and experimenting with It? For example opening up the doors, doing something custom with scratchbuilding etc.
hi can you tell me how can you only let your paint dry for a few minutes and then tape and hold the piece ur working on..what kind of paint r u using, acrylic, i live in new york city can i order the paint u use. thank you so much. joe murphy.
What decides which colorless varnish you use for your model? Clear Coat Diamond or Clearcoat Gloss? I wonder what to use for Renault Alpine A110 Mone Carlo Tamiya? What would you advise? Thanks
Nice work. I watched some of your other videos before. Quick question, why you didn't polish the surface this time? The car was super smooth and shiny only because of the two-layer clear coat? I am new in car model painting.
great job mate. Just a quick one, can you do a build with Gravity colors metallics paint just to compare with Zero paints, obviously Zero paints metallics are not in scale
Very clasy finish but i didnt like the too much metallic effect. This is 1/24 scale and i think the metallic effect should be according to the scale. For example, it could be less metallic. These small dots(metallic)disturbs me,this is my opinion. But overall it is a very nice built. Congratsz
Applying metal transfers to the rims when the wheels are on the car? Applying decals to the brakes through the rims? But... why? (this actually makes no difference I just wonder why you make your work more difficult)
I absolutely DESPISE this kind of music, and usually punch out at the first hint of it in a video. A testament to how much I like your videos, that I suffered through it. Other than this, your taste in music has seemed quite good. I guess everyone has that one shit music they like...LOL
It’s amazing how you can make such good models in weeks. Thank you for teaching me some new techniques and keep up the good work
The man does it without reading the instructions and all the pieces fit right in, no glueing needed

where did you find the model?

Thanks for the tip of using the the marker for the taillights.
Ty for the time frames between doing things. I'm just starting to airbrush and starting building kits. I was very curious about how long I should wait for steps. Very informative videos!
I've been into modeling for a number of years and i absolutely love your skills
crazy how you can handle/mask/decal over your paint after just 30 mins of drying/curing!
I agree with the guys below . . . you are so detailed it makes my head hurt. But, of course, don't some more it hurts so good!
Great build, love that colour the silver and green mixing so well this gives it a pearl like finish
Awesome work my friend looks stunning
Beautiful job as always!
Anh đức phúc hát hay quá 😍😍❤❤

You have way more control over the spray fan, use less paint. And have endless color mixing options
@@TheScalemodelingChannel thank you and thanks for another great video!
I'm building this model and I was wondering if you have the link for Scale Productions for the carbon fiber decals you used for the roof and hood.
Sorry i don’t. They are no longer in production.
Try scalemotorsport carbon decals
I'm looking forward to build this as well, thanks for the tips and tricks for this car! I've learned a lot from your channel.

Nice. Love all your video's and Instructions Tom. Keep it up!
Perhaps you could do a fujimi Ferrari f430 Scuderia next
I really like using the Vallejo paints but they always chip/rub off very easily. I often have to touch up the parts after assembling it due to this. How do you prevent that?
Same issue here. I’m just carefull or simply touch it up
Where did you get the Carbon Fibre decal for the roof? I messed up the roof and I figure the carbon fibre decal would cover it up nicely ;)
how to make a floor like this?( i mean that black small pieces)
Are you going to try a single seat racer at some point? Like an F1 car?
You are a great artist when it comes to cars how about a 1/24 scale truck from revell or italeri
hi can you sand the base paint if there is any defects or should i apply clear and then sand?
if you sand the base paint, you need to add another layer of base paint before clear. use a 3000 grit
Can you possibly do a video on how you clean your airbrush and which one you have?
+Nick Wilkie already did that
do a search of his videos its there...
Looks amasing. As usual👌.
Brilliant videos. One thing though, what’s the purpose of using the black marker on the body work and then sanding?
To see if you have sandes off enough
Just wondering if it's possible to do color match primer to help out with bleed thru? I heard you had problems on the yellow plastic kit. I see it done on real custom cars. Just wondering if it would work with the model cars too.... Like if you are painting red to tint the primer red.. Just a thought.....
+racnc1 it won’t help the bleed through. It would help the color to cover quicker though

It looks a labour of love?👍

Compressor
Hi can you do a how to video on painting rear tail lights please.
hi one more question that clear stuff u use for the shine at the end, do u sand anymore and then use wax to bring the shine out or just use that diamond clear coat stuff. and thats it. thank you. joe murphy.
Just the clear stuf
Цвет конечно на любителя, такая же модель у меня есть
Have you considered buying a cheap model, and experimenting with It? For example opening up the doors, doing something custom with scratchbuilding etc.
The Dark Lord Hes done doors open models. See the McLaren 570s build. Im pretty certain Ive seen him scratchbuild too :)
So much detail I love it 😍
hi can you tell me how can you only let your paint dry for a few minutes and then tape and hold the piece ur working on..what kind of paint r u using, acrylic, i live in new york city can i order the paint u use. thank you so much. joe murphy.
Zero paints. Hobbyworld usa sells it
What decides which colorless varnish you use for your model? Clear Coat Diamond or Clearcoat Gloss? I wonder what to use for Renault Alpine A110 Mone Carlo Tamiya? What would you advise? Thanks
That depends on the level of gloss you desire. I like the Diamond 2k
What u use for the carpet in the cars.,,
Flocking
Nice work. I watched some of your other videos before. Quick question, why you didn't polish the surface this time? The car was super smooth and shiny only because of the two-layer clear coat? I am new in car model painting.
I did not polish it because it did not need polishing. The clear was nice even and shiny
Thanks. Now I learned. Polishing is optional.
Superbe montage et peinture magnifique....++++
great job mate. Just a quick one, can you do a build with Gravity colors metallics paint just to compare with Zero paints, obviously Zero paints metallics are not in scale
+Shahram Rafezi already did that
Thanks I watched your Porsche 918 with Gravity and IMO, Gravity metallic seems more realistic, what do you think?
Pretty much the identical to zero
thanks
Please how to make building tamiya honda fit/jazz
I wish the door and the engine bay can be opened... All those details got covered :(
Love the work.
Love your vids a lot
Thank you for making theese videos bro 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Another beauty!

Could I pay you to make a model fir me ?
Very very good... compliment.. it's beautiful..... 😂
How do you make the paint so clear
Darren Su He used 2K Diamond Clear Coat from Hiroboy.com (Zero Paints). Its great stuff when used right. Thats how he gets the high gloss shine
"most of these parts will not be super visable"
continues to detail the living crap out of them
All that engine detail and you can't see most of it! Too bad you can't open up the hood to display it.
that honda badge XD
I dont get why it's called the honda nsx in other places and it's called the acura nsx here in america.
Acura is a luxury brand created by Honda for the US market.
