I grew up in chester, parents moved us away when I was 13. I'm 34 now and still think about it regularly. I'll retire there someday. I've been all over Canada since. Its truly a special place.
I am in Chester, Pennsylvania in the USA. When I found out the tv show Haven was filmed in Chester Nova Scotia I wanted to see your town. Looks fantastic! My great great grandmother is from that area.

I live in Australia and I was fortunate enough to have been able to spend 6 months staying there in Chester with some really good friends, and LOVED every minute of my stay. Chester is without a doubt the most beautiful place I have ever stayed...it truly broke my heart having to leave there to come back home to Australia. Hi Chris. I have checked out some of your other videos and thanks again for posting them. The videos of Peggy's cove and Mahone Bay are just awesome. I also visited these places during my stay there in NS and loved them too, so your videos brought back some fond memories of these places as well. The drone certainly gives all these beautiful places a whole new perspective, simply amazing views. I also have a drone and enjoy doing aerial videography...I have the Phantom 3 Professional.

I looked in vain for views of the Back Harbour with the old boat yard, from where Ian Nicolson began his historic transatlantic voyage in the the little 32 foot SAINT ELIZABETH in the summer of 1954. A story too many have now forgotten.
