Cooking with Cholla Buds (Hanam/That): River People Health Center - First Fridays

The Cultural Resources Department was invited by the River People Health Center to share on cholla buds (Hanam-O'odham/That-Piipaash). Amson Collins, Community Garden Technician presented on processing the cholla buds for storing and eating. This was part of the First Friday event at the health center.
