Great video! I’m a regular Tecovas owner, I have 4 of their leather soled boots in different leathers. But we regularly get rain and snow, I didn’t have any leather boots I felt confident wearing in those conditions, I picked up a pair for myself for Christmas, I’m excited to wear them.

Thanks for the info, I fell in love with Tecovas 4 pair ago. But with winter coming up I wanted to get a pair that I could wear in the snow and slush. I ordered a pair of the Stockton's two days ago can't wait to get them.

Good review. The leather on the shaft looks pretty soft. Does it stay up on your leg or do you have to keep pulling them up?

Thanks. Yes, it's soft, but it actually stays up and keeps its shape.

You said you’d get a different size. Was it too narrow or long relative to, say, Redwings 1172 or 2230’s?

I wear Redwing at work and usually my size is 13eee or 14d depending on the model. I just got these in 13ee and if I could do it again I'd get 13d. There's a lot of play in the heel but I'll just add an extra insole.

I'd say water resistant like a phone might be. A quick dip is not going to get your feet wet, but extended wading will definitely let the water soak through. The seams are sealed, but there is no liner, only the leather.
