I think Tesla now is perfectly balanced. Before the arcade damage was just way too strong. It was able to one or two hit practically anything. Now that it has this slight nerf, it's perfectly balanced. Even with this change I think it can be dangerous at times, especially if someone critical hits you.
They din't nerfed it, they buffed it, the less reload majes more critics, so the augments that applies effects are op
1:52 i did upgrade it to 10 which is pretty decent but i dont actually like using it that much, it eats so much supplies and its kinda weird switching from a supply to another one imo
I can't stand only having one supply activated at once
its kind of a buff because the decreased damage with faster fire rate means damage overall is the same, but crit rate is now increased so yeah
its more a nerf i would say because it decreases the "surprise factor" of tesla. you can't sneak up on people and kill them before they notice you anymore
@@bobthepotato7766 that's a good point, but it can be countered if you manage to get a critical shot in those early surprise hits

Ya in siege on some maps it is very useful especially on massacre map (nice you just have a tesla ball over the hill and zap enemy on the other side).
Well I sort of hate this damage nerf, but atleast they speed up reload a bit. Now with faster reload means more a chance of the PULSAR effect; so right now twins and tesla are good for this... and sort of Smoky for ranged pulsaring.
Exactly those dead bodies are so annoying; I hate it when you want to back up and hide around a corner when I enemy viking ODer especially hammer/rail... ah dead.. argh...heh
The dps was decresed a little bit, but you get your crit shots back much quicker, so for ex. Pulsar is super effective rn

before we could throw an EMP AP ball from afar, it had a great effect on teamfighting
To me it doesn't make sence to upgrade crisis or use it until you are like legend or you have alot of supplies because if you dont you will waste all your supplies

i love Tesla, but when 3 or 4 my teammate using tesla, it become so fun to play, you can have a kill without any effort
Hi ! I don't really think that dead bodies are standing for really long. Indeed they're really effective for Railgun players, because you can just shoot without being hit by other long range turrets. But for all other turrets, this is just annoying XD
I'll have crisis level 19 in around 2 weeks 😂. I couldn't get enough crystals.

I used to play with Tesla before the update a lot, because tesla made a lot of damage but after the update you can attack your opponent fast but damage is reduced and my tesla is MAX and I see how bad tesla is now, what a shame, its just my view

Also the tesla damage is higher if chain lightning with tesla balls rather then direct zapping.
Why does Taspens enjoy every turret/augment (minus freeze) that I hate e.e I also hate Helios users. Yes it is fun to use but boring to play against someone using Helios.
I’m literally playing siege, trying to cap a point and there are 5 enemy teslas right above me spamming balls and lightning. It’s soooo annoying i hate it. And ur facing some legend ranked tesla who’s chasing you with a max trickster but they can’t even turn their turret and yet they get the kill. I see tesla as a highly no-skill gun since all you need to know is how to shoot a ball.
I mean if you can play well with Freeze you can play well with Tesla too.
Like yeah Tesla is easier for noobs and there’s less of a skill barrier, but besides that Tesla is just simply superior to Freeze. It basically beats anything in close range besides Isida with Vampire and Rico with Helios. Its augments are much better.
And as someone who use to play mainly with Freeze I have to say Tesla just solves all the problems Freeze has, especially getting tanks when your around corners or on a ramp.
@@violetvoids7029 Agreed. Tesla is soooo much easier to use, but sometimes, it isn't fun to see a map of people who get first by spamming tesla and not even turning their turret. Happened one too many times to me, so i just have somewhat of a grudge against tesla ig. Freeze is pretty easy to use, but if ur not using corrosive mix, you need to actually practice circling your opponent to kill them, especially if ur using hornet. Respect to those skilled tesla users, but those guys that can't even turn their turrets are another story e.e
