Can we say there is a Theravada monk and develope altruism or Bodhi Chitta
If Mulasarvastivada Tibetan monk and Still be selfish person,.
Why not Theravada monk vow and ethics Bodhisattva instead of selfish.

A theravada monk hasent developed Bodhi Chitta , that's why he is Theravada not Mahayana. Of course once he will develop that he will become a Mahayana monk. And as far as a Tibetan selfish monk is concerned, he is just by name a Mahayana not a real one
