Because I bet this burrito was at least 1/3 bigger than the record holder's. I'm calling BS on this restaurant and it's 8 lb claim. The 6 lb burrito he ate in 9 minutes was half as thick as this one and only 3 tortillas. I'd bet this burrito was easily 10.5 to 11 pounds

Grilling the tortilla after wrapping it is everything, as far as keeping it's shape.
