Despite having allot of land space, they make these houses with tiny gardens and pretty small living rooms.

Absolutely ! Many endusers and investors are surprised to see the sizes as well !
The Open plan kitchen is way too open for the living space, doesn't make too much sense to me. But they have maintained the quality for these units and was selling about Dhs 1.2 Millions off plan 3 Bed.
