I have a friend who posts videos and pics and what she told me makes perfect sense, she said she sells her content at a cheaper price because that way more of her subscribers are willing to pay for cheaper content than a few that pay for more expensive content, that way she makes more money with more peeps purchasing it
Depends on your audience. Just like businesses, that model works for some and others prefer not to be accessible by the masses.

Thank you so much for this video. I've really needed to hear what you spoke about pricing my content. You touched a little bit about the free page, however I'm still confused about a few things. I'd love to see a video of you going a little deeper about the free page. I don't have a paid page. I don't really understand the point othere than monthly subscriptions of course. I just upload the content that I want to sell as a locked msg or ppv on my free page. I like that I shave to mess with two accounts. What am I missing about having a paid page? Meaning, you have your main paid sub page and then a second page (free) where you post your PPV content which can be unlocked/purchased by subs on demand.
Edit : Just seems like a more streamlined way of offering pre-made content without needing to message out PPV all the time.
I’ve heard of one person doing that but I assume once they get to the free page why wouldn’t they just unsubscribe from the paid page?

Tip Menus are typically for custom requests. So if someone asks you to make a specific video.
And pre-made menu is content you’ve already made that you can send out instantly.

They should be willing to pay extra if they don't want the custom video to be resold. Or tell them, you might use clips from the video but you won't resell the full video, that way they have the only full copy.

You almost had me on the artwork analogy, but I think we can't truly compare the two because an original digital copy arguably holds no value, whereas a painting does.
I still think I might keep custom videos exclusive and store them in a folder but bring them to the public only after a whole year has passed.
It might not appreciate in value as a digital original but it does have some value still right? I imagine keeping an unedited "director's cut" can still be a premium that holds more value than a reduced version for general subscriber release.

Selling custom videos to other fans at a fraction of the original price seems very odd. It really waters down the value of a custom video. And it would probably piss off the guy who bought it. IMHO, you should never sell custom videos to anyone other than the guy who bought it. Or if you are going to, you really should INCREASE the price. Put yourself in your fans position.
