He is right, I did the questionnaire almost two weeks ago, and I am eating myself alive waiting! I don't remember exactly which day I did it, so when is my two week wait over??? Today I hope!
I already bought the library. £50 for a decent variety of lovely instruments. As a complete beginner this library is "just daunting enough" to be a new challenge. Doesn't seem to work with expression on my midi, but changing modulation in cubase does allow for a bit of a swell on the tuba. Much better than the default orchestral instruments in Cubase. UI is lovely for showing how the orchestra is positioned (and therefore hints at panning) It's done enough to change my latest piece from "a load of synth around guitar" to "a guitar playing with the BBC orchestra". Love it....and a perfect gateway drug to a more advanced version when I start to find the new limits. EDIT: I would love a "beginners guide" to getting the most out of discover.
@@ThinkSpaceEducation will keep trying! I'm Noobie enough that I'm not really sure what things like "CC7" are (other than clearly they are access to a load of parameters around a midi track such as modulation / tremelo etc). I struggle to find the right question to ask to get my answers!!! Hence a "beginners guide to discover" with expression etc would go a long way! Keep up the great work Guy.

Yes good point
@@ThinkSpaceEducation That would be great! Thanks in advance :)
One of the questions posed in the survey - Who do you follow on TH-cam etc? Well who do you think?! However, I’m afraid I was less complimentary about the BBC.
Impressive library for free. We can't say anything else than thank you very much, Spitfire guys!!!
Your Studio is very beautiful 😍
Thanks for the heads up on this, Guy - in the middle on a project that will benefit from more Spitfire. You are the best!
If my studio looked like that wow wow I'd be holed up in there for months
BBC SO Core and Pro are on sale at a discount through May.
For a young man like me who wants to discover the wonderful world of composition with an orchestra, it's absolutely incredible! I love Spitfire and I love your Guy videos thanks to you I was taken off for the composition. Thank you, your videos gave birth to a vocation in me !
Admiration from France !
filled in my questionnaire last week, sounds great.
Thanks so much for that guy really useful
Do you mind describing what midi controllers and midi mixers you are using
Thanks
Terry
Thank you John and spitfire.. gonna check it out!
He is right, I did the questionnaire almost two weeks ago, and I am eating myself alive waiting! I don't remember exactly which day I did it, so when is my two week wait over??? Today I hope!
Sweet! Thanks guy. And spitfire :) you guys are the best. Especially during these times when I have time to use all this stuff.
Agree with that. Mod wheel and CC7 work great
@@ThinkSpaceEducation will keep trying!
That is a beautiful room.
Thank you for this review. I will try the "free" version first.
