jCyte earlier this year published very encouraging results for their phase 2b RP study . They have stated that they expect to start a phase 3 trial in 2021. ReNeuron have published encouraging results from their RP phase 2a study and are currently undertaking an extension to confirm their early findings. If efficacy is confirmed, they expect to start a phase 3 in 2022.

Hi.i have a rare eye condition called choroideremia and was recently told that gene therapy would not help me due to my vision being too far gone and that the only hope for me is stem cell therapy or maybe even a retna transplant. I am completely blind in my right eye due to my retna detaching itself from my eye and breaking in two pieces. My left eye I can see very little. What I see is like looking through a straw.im not sure where to turn for help. Can anyone please let help me find the proper help. Please.

Hi. What about retinal detacments? Isstem cells therapies could eventually help people with such retinal destruction? I had series of accidents mote than 20 years ago, and now I can barelly see with only one eye. Second almost blind (right diagnose came too late to reattach take a good result). I barelly can read and I am 40 years old. I am terrified that soon i will loose my job.

Study the Q Cycle also. The key supplement is Ubiquinol of the Ubiquinol/Ubiquinone pairing. Results are dose related. If you do extensive study you may realize that no one gives quite the same information. Therefore: Ubiquinol decreases with age, it is fat soluble which means that it goes with fat fuels to wherever your body is active, and active muscles may scavenge critical amounts of this nutrient from non aggressive parts of your body such as hair, digestive tract, nerves, eyes, etc.

Ubiquinol is good for vision correction?

    • @ednichol7419
      @ednichol7419 3 ปีที่แล้ว

The best description of Ubiquinol is that it is a 'electron manager' rather than an anti-oxidant. It functions immediately next to ATP production. Note that ATP production is not well regulated and it is easy for over production and resulting damage from free electrons. Ubiquinol holds and releases that electron safely.

Dear sir, I am hamid, I have a cousin
named zabi, he used to drink home made
alchols composed of methanol, he went
to coma after a hearth attack we took
him to hospital, doctors saved his
life, but he lost his vision, doctors
    say his visionary neorons connecting
his eye vision to his brain is damaged
due to methanol poisoning ingestion, he
before lost his right hand in bomb, and
before going blind, he lost his son in
a suicidal bomblast and lost his
doughter in an electric shock, he many
times tried to suicide after going
blind, he used to help people for free
in many problems he had a big hearth,
now stil he drinks his own home made
wine, and uses cigars to kill his
tensions, he is very poor his wife goes
to school makes very less money for teaching his
life, he tried many times bleed his eye
to gain his vision back, went to many
mosques prayed,, he will be very happy
if any new technology invented in 2020
so he can gain his vision back, he
every day attempts to suicide,, in
islamic states doctors don't cure you
of methanol or wine poisoning they say
it's order of god not to drink wine, and they don't take
ur case serious and so is
there any new pill or a new technique
to obtain his vision back he went blind
in 2016 he is 50 years old. I will be very thankfull if
there is any way for reviving his
    vision.
