I’d say the new ones are definitely much better, and the first wrap skins were kind of a hit and miss compared to this, but they’re still pretty good I guess.
Love these, especially with the metal colors being customizable. With skins like this plus the recent soccer ones, I really hope we get more locker presets next season.

6:57 It synced up to your pickaxe since that was the first weapon you used to change your wrap color. The body skin operates like a weapon in that regard and its why the gun started from blue then just cycled unsynced
They actually changed the skin it use to have a black style for the metal and then the swapped it for rose gold for some reason and I am really disappointed that they did that because it would be so much cooler with that black style😥
Idk why they did that, one of the main colors I enjoyed on the leak... black goes well on so many colors
I figured, but the superhero skins are still all blackish, so is snake eyes, so is Stormfarer Skin from last season....and a few others IO guards etc etc.. thx 👍
I missed out on the original and got this one. Glad I saved the vbucks. As cool as the original is, the machine skin variant makes it feel more like an outfit than just a coat. Super satisfied
Hello from the future!! I just got Glitch after she reappeared in the shop last night. Amazing skin!! I’m using the Zeus wrap that has reactivity when shooting and it looks amazing!! The Midas wrap looks really good too. Changing from green to gold is really nice! 🤩

been thinking about getting it now that it reappeared as i didn’t get it the first time. it’s a bit of a dilemma on if i should get it or save. but hey i’m sure i can just get more vbucks in the future right? i like how slim the skin looks compared to others

These are great skins (I purchased Glitch) though, I wish you could change the color of the pants.
I already made a super dope combo on the female skin using the Carbon and Gold wrap. Definitely not running a back bling.
But there are several cool combos. The Iron Man wrap is another good one as well as Darth Vader.
I might just get the bundle then. I was originally only going to get just one of these new wrap skins, but the pickaxe looks worth it this time.
I had refunded the original wrap skin pickaxe when they first came out, because I found it lame after a while with it only being a small square on a stick. The customization on this new one being a blade is a lot wider and with the fx contrails being customizable I think I’m sold on it.
I wish they would've added a black metal style like onyx or obsidian, cool skins regardless
Yes by way far much better! The back brings are not big and bulky. Pick axes are not awkwardly made, and the wrap actually looks better on these

Good stuff, man! These are quite nice, but I kinda still like the original wrap skins a bit better. They were really casual in terms of the characters and outfit, so I feel you can combo a tad easier. Also, you aren't forced to be a cyborg.😅👍🏻
cool stuff though. I like how most of the upper body has the wrap! However, the pickaxe is hands down cooler in my opinion! 👌🏻

These skins are amazing, but I don't understand, why Epic decided to remove the primary color "black" and the metal color "gun metal", which were originally part of the customization options.
Just so you know, they removed the black hair style and dark black metal style.
All black style if they didn't aka superhero v2 in a way if you had a black wrap

I agree with you tabor the older wrap skins are better to show the wrap while the newer wrap skins are more detailed
I like these new wrap skins but the previous wrap skins were better imo. Especially Customized Captain. The highlight of those skins were the wraps and they showed the wraps better. The last time they came, I didn't have enough vbucks. Will definitely buy them when they return.

They are reactive as well, when you are knocked, the metal flashes red.
theres a massive glitch with these skins you can buy and equip a wrap and when u cancel the purchase it stays equipped and you can then save the load out and always use that wrap that was refunded

Whats also cool is if you run the blade on valeria and equip her wrap when you transform the wrap on the balde changes as well
I just wish I had the Ultra Red Wrap for these skin solely.
I hope they stay in the shop for a week or whatnot as I've been waiting for these since they were leaked and I can't go online yet

Those are nice. I would say that both original and the new skins are great to run.
In my opinion the character makes these better than the originals.. they're NINJA Android Assassins and have a Goth feel to them..I like that there's less wrap showing.. there's just enough to make them look cool and still stay a very clean skin 🤠🤗
Yeah the pickaxe customization is the best with the fact that you can change the splash effect.. this is by far the most insane skin pack I have ever seen and I've been here since season 1
You can also save vbucks by buying the wrap from itemshop, equip it on the skin or pickaxe, then refund the wrap and the wrap will still be applied to the skins like if you own it

These new wrap skins are amazing honestly the hype for them was worth it in my opinion
Unpopular Opinion: I like the old ones more mainly because I like the hair colors better, especially because the old ones have sea blue which matches perfectly with Tidal wave (my favorite wrap)
I like the old ones a little more too. They're more causal and I feel like you can make combos a little bit easier. Also, you're just a person and you don't always have to be a cyborg. 😅 I think the new ones are dope, but Idk if I like em as much as the others. However, the new pickaxe is much cooler in my opinion! 😁👍🏻
There are some pretty good combos with the back bling. saw a video of it earlier. they did it by using multiple wraps
The pickaxe and backblings actually look good this time, Yay(Go the Glitch skin,Repulsor pack backbling, the muramasa blade pickaxe; and the might marvel umbrella.

I'm not getting the skins since I have my OG wrap skin, but the pickaxe in this set is a huge upgrade over the older wrap pickaxe. Also I find the dangly earrings in this male skin very distracting. Female skin is great. Be sure to use code tabortime! Can't wait for next chapter!
They look great although I want that Pixellator wrap from the old wrap skins. Hopefully epic doesn't decide to release less often because of the new wrap skins.
I had a good look at these testing with different wraps, out of 148 wraps I made one i was happy with, its far easier getting a combo. with the original.
If the primary colors don’t match, just use white or grey. The white matches everything.
I know due to competitive and the superhero skins we can't get black on black, HOWEVER!, THAT COLORED HAIR IS ANNOYING!!! Couldn't they just block the black wraps when using the black hair? Again like the superhero skins? Idk it ruins them for me.

How is the chrome pumpkin backbling reactive?
When you are knocked down they have an animation until your teammates heal you.
I wish we could change the hair black too and use Nightwings mask for the Wrap Skins but this is ok too

Luckily for me I'd done my 3 Daily missions on Save The World and got 170 Vbucks giving me just enough to buy the Bundle. I have the female using the Burned (purple metal) and the Women's Day wrap (purple with clouds and pink Heart shaped Moon) ok n the backbling
I use the male with Cubic wrap and the Kevin wrap on the backbling

1) you can use a neutral color like white for the accent color or 2) choose colors that compliment the wrap (you don't ALWAYS have to match the colors to a T)
