I have been using my Z790 Dark since January of 2023, and unlike a lot of other motherboard users, I have never seen any signs of degradation of my 13900k on it. I'm sure there are some users out there who might experience it, but I have yet to find anyone that uses an EVGA board with 13th or 19th gen intel chips and say anything about degradation. Awesome board and I'm so happy I went with the K|ngP|n board for my 8-10 year build!

Loved what you're going back to your gaming roots, I had a couple of KINGPIN cards over my pc building history (GTX 780TI Classified KINGPIN and GTX 1080TI KINGPIN), hoping that your new partnership pans out like you want since next time to upgrade I will be looking at your future products.
Evga T2 1600w power supply is the only one I use. I have 3 of them for overclocking and my test bench, I run as a dailey! My test bench has a strix on it right now. Waiting for a new Kingpin card! 😆
OG UT with the mods on the multiplayer maps was legit. I really enjoyed the big head mod...as you kept getting kills without dying your head got bigger. Led to some pretty funny character models.

my childhood hero, i have a dimastech benchtable just like that since i was 12yo, love overclocking, even bought a dewar that i still hold on today and forever to never forget my teen overclocking journey! miss DFI LANPARTY AND EVGA. Currently using my main 3090FTW3 with custom 24 vram chips copper modded on hybrid evga aio kit, ptm9750, kingpin 520w vbios and custom curve at the limit, it hits 2145mhz tops!

I'm really glad I was able to get a 3090 K|NGP|N when I did, and I'm happy i paid msrp before Nvidia did the thing. My first EVGA card was a 980TI classified, then a 2070xc3 ultra, then the 3090xc3 ultra gaming and finally the K|NGP|N 3090. I'm never getting rid of it no matter what upgrade path I take, but odds are it'll be a PNY
Nice man, yeah keep it forever. I don't like water cooled cards so probably not going to buy a 2080ti KP or 3090 KP but I do have 2 780ti KP, 980ti classified, 2080ti ftw3 and a 1070xc, looking for a 980ti KP and 1080ti KP for my collection.
Unreal Tournament was a blast in the beginning. I remember getting up at night to call in to the internet and cut off an incoming phone line for some FPS Funny. I'm still a cash guy as well. Man still rocking an EVGA 1070 SC tuned by your shed and not thinking of dumping this collectors item anytime soon
I can recommend for the short term at a low price for a cabled mouse the razer 8k performs well though won't last long. Im using finalmouse ulx, supports 8k wirelessly and weighs 40grams or under depending on size.
Wow brother, didn't know you were hardcore for the UT franchise as I was...you must have aliased a lot like me lol, because WE DEFINITELY would have crossed paths many, many times in UT99, 2K4, & in the early days of UTIII. LMS, CTF & DM were my favorite game modes (in that order). Ahhh the memories...nothing will ever touch UT99 tho as I'm sure we would both agree...greatest FPS shooter of all time...and still is in many respects...several servers still jammed 25 years later. The only other franchise I fell in love with was Crysis...I played the piss out of Crysis 2 & Crysis 3 as well...super stoked Crysis 4 is in the works. Man, I could reminisce for hours on individual maps alone...Facing Worlds - greatest CTF map of all time bar none...oh the memories. Can't stand all the sh*t that followed since such as BF/COD etc etc with their BORING-ASS lame, realistic weapons & lifelike war themes...can't stand'em. UT + Crysis & I am in heaven. I used to have a big presence on ebay, and litterally sold thousands of overclocked i7 920s, 2600Ks..everything guaranteed to TjMax @ up to 1.52v. Prior to that I dealt in in Athlon XP/XP-M CPUs. I'm also the inventor of the WickedX Snap-On Turbo kits that over volted GPUs prior to any software overvoltage options (these would snap on in 2 seconds, stay secure & deliver a good dose of extra juice...the manufacturers however didn't like the market I had seized for myself & were quick to introduce software over-volting within the next 6-8 months or so. 😆 Anyways. glad you have your own channel now & are enjoying life... 🍻

didnt Nvidia do EVGA dirty by them clamping down on designs and wanting more of the cut pretty much saying that board partners dont matter and should be grateful for scraps? sucks because EVGA seemed like one of the last good businesses in the PC market

Unreal! I'm so upset I didn't get a change to experience the KINGPIN legacy, I would've been throwing my money at you but I didn't build my first rig until this year, always using laptops before. Seeing you use those WD Black 2TB SSDs is enough for me to trust them. I've only been using Samsung SSDs until now, but wouldn't mind trying something a little less expensive.
