I'm a little confused. I'll grant you that Mark Heard started Fingerprint Records, but he went to glory in 1992 and had nothing to do with release of this album, though I'm sure you're right that the record company he started did come to an agreement to release it. I have no idea who runs it now. As for a live 'album' and how many songs from said album tour are on it, I went to a Petra "Beat the System" concert the year that was new. They at one point played the first three tunes on the album almost perfectly as they were in order on the album! The Call may not have had in mind this being recorded for release initially as a live album. That said, I'm super stoked to hear this song in particular and this album. I wish I had been able to see them live in concert back in their 80s or 90s. Sadly, Michael Been also went home early (60 years old in 2010). He had a very emotive and strong voice. I also liked the Russ Taff cover of this song on his "Metals" album here in the U.S circa 1985. I used to have "Red Moon" on cassette and wish I still did. I should put it on my wish list for next Christmas. 🙂
