This is video warms my heart. My kids eat SO MUCH, which I am very thankful for, but some days I feel like I can't keep up with the demand. Seeing you cook huge quantities of truly good looking food gives me hope.

Hard boiled farm eggs- What is your method? I have tried numerous different ways via youtube and google but they just don't peel well. Also do they all have to be the same size? We have silkie, easter eggers and miller browns, so this makes for quite the variety. Tina, St Isadore AB

We don't hard boil fresh eggs. We save and use ones that are two to three weeks old. We also don't care if they look pretty.

Kefir is a cultured milk that does its thing on the counter. Like a drinkable yogurt. But it doesnt have to be heated like yogurt

Hey I’m curious about your plates . They look like pie tin plates but nicer than just plain pie tins. Thanks for sharing your daily with us.
