I’ve heard him slate a couple of places that were ‘bad’ and he did not hold back on his opinion. He was not nasty with his bad reviews but was just truthful unlike some main stream media food critics who have ruined businesses with opinions. Fair chap who tells it how it is.

Constructive criticism, the sound mixing could use a bit of improvement. Sometimes the voice gets so quiet that I crank the speakers up and then the music comes in and blows them to shreds! Sometimes dialogue is drowned out by the music as well. Otherwise great vids!

Constructive criticism, the sound mixing could use a bit of improvement. Sometimes the voice gets so quiet that I crank the speakers up and then the music comes in and blows them to shreds! Sometimes dialogue is drowned out by the music as well. Otherwise great vids!
