I'm an 80's-90's kid. I've known about the ruthlessness of this man for a long while and didn't trust his sudden transformation to "altruism" one bit. Listening to his statements and observing his actions especially in the past few years only hardened that opinion. He and his ilk who shall not be named are the greatest current danger to the well being of humanity.

Bill bought 1,000,000 shares of Moderna at $18.40 a share in Sept. 2019, sold 85% of those shares at $340 a share in Oct. 2021. Pretty good bet on MRNA - wonder what he knew in the Fall of 2019?

That adds up to a profit of $273,360,000! And I am going to bet that little Billy's accountants figured out a way for him to avoid paying any income taxes on his profits. Given the tragic harm done by this vaccine it might be a good idea to simply confiscate Gate's profits and use the money to create a fund to recompense those injured by the vaccine. Whoops! I forgot that the American taxpayer is going to get stuck with that bill…

I feel like Tim Schwab is just capitalizing on the current zeitgeist of "being a free thinker." We want to feel like we have access to information other people don't and can understand what most regular people can't. But if you ask a certain kind of person what they think of Bill Gates you already know what they are going to say. They've been told what to believe by people like Tim Schwab and many others and in my mind is anything but being an actual independent skeptical thinker. It gets views so people capitalize on what others want to hear.

The “gentleman” (read: shrewd, demonic scumbag) who devised the operating system of the personal computer I am now using to type this Holiest of Holy Scriptures, became the world’s richest individual for a certain period of time. However, rather than devoting the remainder of his life to rest and recreation (or spiritual practice), he remained working in his company for many years, instead of handing the operation to trustworthy managerial personnel. Eventually, he retired from the management of his business, but instead of using his inordinate wealth to improve his community and develop his spiritual life (by which I mean practicing one of the four systems of religion listed in Chapter 16 of this Holy Scripture), he abused his power by promulgating objectively-evil social programmes under the guise of charity work.

The Gates Foundation is a Tax Shelter. You have to spend a certain percentage or you otherwise lose your Tax Free status.
Bill Gates also is a moron. If you were in the technical field the same time that Bill was active, you may know that Bil Gates failed to deliver a Program (in BASIC, no less) to Apple Computer, as a contractor, early, early in the history of Apple. As a company "leader", meetings with technical issues were never answered by Bill Gates, he'd sit in a meeting and delay for a while as he listened but soon he "became angry", demanded that the issues be fixed, then left.... no technical knowledge necessary.
On the times that Bill Gates' intelligence has been challenged, he worms out of the testing much like a politician who keeps talking without answering a question - or in Bill's case; not letting more questions be asked. Windows Office was the key to his fortune. Each "New" version of MS Office shipped on a "new" version of the Windows Operating System but Office WAS NOT backward compatible - if you "upgraded", you could not share files electronically until those people "upgraded" as well.
The Microsoft operating systems (95, 98, SE, NT, ME, XP, 2000, etc,) were all the same but bloated (that sold new computers, computer makers made money, they didn't expose Bill Gates as a liar) a coworker installed a fully functional Windows NT OS from Windows 98 floppies.
I supplied the floppies and the computer with the newly formatted hard drive.
Bill Gates is responsible for the discard of billions of fully functional computers into a waste disposal system ill equipped to handle so much volume and therefore we Taxpayers funded the dumping of that waste on the shores of African nations - the very continent that Bill and Melinda claim that they are helping when again, they just have a Tax Shelter, it gives him yet more profits and with it, more power --> 5:28 and --> 8:45 and --> 21:51

Gates was never a great programmer. He was a business shark and software pirate. He bought DOS and didn't write it. He then used his OS power to rob and destroy smaller companies that had better software, while making worse clones, or just ignoring progress entirely. For instance, downloads used to fail and you had to redo the whole thing, for hours. But then came Zmodem, which enabled resumable downloads during DOS days. Amazingly, stupid Windows didn't adopt it for years. And no, Gates didn't start from a garage. His parents were wealthy and influential.

Yes. He started buying low and selling high. Taking advantage of his last name, he began selling DOS to IBM, before having it; With the deal closed he bought it from his developer for a few dollars. Then IBM put 500 programmers in to finish the first version. Starting with W3.11 and its lack of protection, he flooded the market with copies and used that advantage to put pressure on the entire industry. He was also famous for incorporating other people's programs and not paying for them.

I am not sure if he just basically copied another 'students' work even with that, there were people he was working with in college, and there is even more shady stuff behind the story, I am sure. Literally no other programming out of BG than that and Microsoft hired a lot of talented programmers who didn't get credit for their work and had to work with insane deadlines for stuff BG promised before they had it.
Oh, and as for BG being a business 'genius', he once said that no one would need a computer faster than a 386. He is supposed to be a brainy tech guy and not a doctor, but even in his supposed field of expertise he failed so miserably that he got the 386-thing dead wrong AND somehow the media thinks he is someone to go to regarding medical issues.

Even in the sense of vaccines and health, you can see a dichotomy of ideas that help illustrate that Gates' motives may not be as they seem. Vaccines help by minimizing the spread of specific diseases, sure. But if Gates were truly concerned with the health outcomes of the global poor, it seems he would be more interested in developing healthcare infrastructure and apparatus that promotes sustainable and long term positive health outcomes. We have the same issue here in the US. It illustrates the issue with applying corporate solutions (which are typically profit driven) to systemic issues. Corporate approaches aim to maximize efficiency by minimizing expense. Even if that means diminishing quality. In short, the potential short term benefits are prioritized over long term solutions.

@@darrekworkman5595 It depends how you define "fairly" in lawful and moral sense (many countries have different laws about the same things). Since many laws (nowadays , almost all of them) are lobbied and adopted with the influence of (ultra) rich people (including people who adopt those laws) , it is more about stripping them of political , or monopolistic (market/industrial) influence , then stripping them out of money (which should be strictly monitored , like the average person's is). There should be limit in exporting money (therefore - influence) and heavy taxation for it , in country of origin and in country that receives that money (whether it's an investment , or simply making a stash abroad). Inspection of origin of capital. Etc.. But , basically , we need to change paradigm of neocolonialism , neo -feudalism (debt slavery) and all the rest. Not all rich people are evil , but , damn sure , many have god complex .

Although being healthily cynical and knowing how, in the US, foundations are used to buy political influence, I was naiive about Gates for the longest time. In my mind, a harmless geek who saw no point in making more money; as the richest man in the world (back when) and not on the bleeding edge of technology himself he had decided on a more purposefull rest-of-his-life. A guy I work with told me what a bad actor he was and I seriously doubted him. I had a brief look into it and saw only Gates giving TED Talks on pandemic readiness some years previous. Meh. I have since come to see how enmeshed he is with the WHO and the WEF. I have seen his replies to interviewers, describing natural immunity as "unfortunate". I have appologised to the guy I work with for not taking him seriously enough. Gates is an utter piece of.... The sight of him disgusts me

The problem is bigger, you see the tip of the iceberg on social media, when you say something controversial, it might be the truth.
An engineered mob will come for you, and call you an extremist, an antisemite, a sexual predator, depending on the topic of the season and the intensity of the debate.
But this is like the palace guard in Berlin 1933, and a similar one in Teheran (the Basidji). They create a mob in lockstep with the dominating oligarchy, and they threaten and punish any serious opposition.
Imagine that this is even much worse in Europe! Newspapers in German language (legacy plus online) will deplatform their readers and online commentors, when they call out Bill Gates or Soros or Zelensky, or talk about Biden junior.
The very point is the palace guard and their mob. If you see them, you know that tyranny is coming.
The pandemic has shown a mob in lockstep with governments and system press. See how uncalled it was to insult and threaten the unvaccinated. Does the quality of the emergency vaxx justify that at all?
The "unherd" talk did not go into this.

What she apparently doesn't know is that a lot of the innovations occur when the behemoths see small startups come along with cutting edge products and the Microsofts or Googles just buy them outright, severely changing the scope of the innovation and bringing it more in line with the tech giants. I would argue they are stifling innovation when they do this.
