Cricket Association of Nepal decided not to renew Monty Desai's contract and there is a lot excitement among Nepali fans to who might become the next head coach of the Nepali Cricket Team. The Nepali Cricket team qualified for the Asia Cup, the T20 World Cup and the ODI World Cup qualifiers under Monty Desai's leadership. However, recent results of the Nepali Cricket team has not been good and there was always a debate over whether a new coach was required. In this video, I am discussing why the new Nepali Coach will face a fair amount of challenges due to the massive interest of fans and media in Nepal.
