Very interesting Neil, what's your knowledge on motorhome Wifi boosters ? I've been looking at the different options and was wondering if it would work in the other direction ? What I mean by that is for example if you didn't fit the extender / booster aerial and the van was fitted with one, would you get similar results ? Or if both were fitted would the signal be even better still ?
I have a Huawei Box, with a smart sim along with an external antenna and so far have always managed to get data , will try and do a Vlog soon if that helps?
Verify you have line of sight with no obstructions to the ac600. If it's still that low it could be your device connecting to it or the ac600 itself. If there's other wifi networks from neighbors they can be interfering with your network especially on the 2Ghz band. Also note the 2Ghz band is the longest range while the 5Ghz is shorter but faster than 2Ghz.

Hi. My new ac600 dont work well. The device only sends the signal at 60 meters (190 ft).
We are more than pleased with our set-up, it's been fantastic.
