Farhan's voice is both rough and soft at the same time(all the while staying strong) as if both those textures are complementing each-other in coherence in his voice, The purest flavor of Love.
His voice makes me wanna fall in love, like literally. It's been 3 months as of today, I haven't heard any other male singer other than him. I have been a Fan of his for 16 years and there are periods of time when i only listen to him for like months at end.

Okay Atif might be more popular but the thing about this song that everyone so likes is Atif hitting that high note once. Here Farhan has hit that same high 3 times without breaking a sweat and the flow of the song. Says a lot about Farhan's abilities and range of voice.

I have listened to almost every song of Atif and a few songs of Farhan, since Atif is bigger than Farhan in India. BUT I have to say Farhan's voice is really soulful, it touches heart, also the way he sings. Atif has a good voice but it doesn't do that magic always for me. It's my personal opinion, don't fight with me 😅

Same here. Atif has more songs and wider audience due to Bollywood but only a handful of his song really manage to make any impact. Farhan vocals even with less songs to his name always manage to touch your souls. His voice talks directs to the listener's Heart and Soul.

A few years back my friend was a hard core Atif fan and I'm a hard-core Farhan Saeed fan. He used to tell me that Atif's version of Adaat is better but he also used to say that he couldn't listen to Atif's version on a loop for more than 3 and he had never properly heard Farhan's version. I made him listen to Farhan as a challenge and he made me listen Atif's version(which I had listened already but didn't like it).
He heard Farhan's version and and the next day came to me and said something like this "I'm still Atif's fan, but Farhan's version of Adaat is better" and He had listened to Farhan's version for almost 1 and half hour according to his roommate in hostel.
Most of Atif's fans are reluctant to admit that Farhan has a better voice and is a better singer than Atif just on general principal, but they low-key know that Farhan is better.
People go for hyped things just to follow a trend knowing that something else is better. It's the same case at play here. Atif Aslam is a trend people want to follow while Farhan Saeed is the class only a few can maintain.

Hands down, Farhan Saeed's voice is divine! Much more soothing than Atif Aslam's. I had been an Atif Aslam fan all my life. Undoubtedly I like him still but after recently discovering Jal, I can't help but admit that all of Jal's compositions are wayyy superior than Bollywood versions of the same songs, in Atif's voice. The funny thing is I didn't even know that all these songs were Jal's compositions.
Anyway, Jal's songs are magical, I don't know how to put it in words but they have a very unique sense of calmness, with Farhan's vocals and Goher's compositions. ❤️✨

To be honest as a long term Jal fan (about 16 years I was a teenage since I been following them) I have heard so much hatred towards them by Atif-fans and then the same thing on TH-cam even under Jal's own videos. I got tired of reading hate comments towards them under their videos and hence made a TH-cam account to spread positivity about them and counter misinformation. You will keep finding me under Jal's videos praising them like an idiot. 😂😂😂I mean that was the main purpose of my acc in the first place.
Also Farhan's vocal abilities have always been better than Atif's, not saying that Atif is bad He is good(still not better than Farhan) now, but He wasn't good back then but Atif got lucky with Indian commercialization backing him while Jal had nothing backing them except for pure and raw talent that both Farhan and Goher possess.
And it's okay if you just discovered Jal properly, they suffered a lot due to other artists seeking commercial platforms, Jal preferred working on their own without commercial influence but whenever their works came it spread like wild fire in those times. Maybe you don't know it due to Bollywood's influence on Indo-Pak but in band music scene Jal was the top band of Subcontinent.

I am so thankful to my friend who sent me the song "Sajni", about 15 days ago. He was stunned to know that I neither knew the song nor the artists! 😂
I simply told him that I like the guitarist, he's handsome.
And then my friend educated me and here I am now, listening to their music on repeat. 🙂

Although Farhan hasn't disclosed the reasons but Atif told that money was the reason behind him cutting ties with the band and pursuing his solo career. He kind of portrayed Goher in a low light, as a greedy and selfish person.
That didn't go well with me because I like Goher so so much. He's genuinely talented and smashingly handsome. 🙈❤️

@@PageNo70 speciality of AADAT song is ATIF's voice texture which has too much pain ( arijit's voice texture is far different, he has sharp and husky voice, while ATIF's voice is deep and strong)
Atif is the only singer who can sing on any vocal scale ( very low to very high notes).do some research and then talk to me. And in this song gohar has missed many notes which atif has sung in original AADAT .do checkout

And about Atif's voice, Atif wasn't even the first to have such quality of voice. That quality of voice was hit across the world due to Enrique Iglesias even before Atif was a thing. Atif can go thank Enrique for his own voice's so called charm.
PS: Atif even copied Enrique dressing sense for a while back then.
