Red Light Therapy Led Mask: Does It Work? | Before & After

Currentbody Skin reached out to me to test and review their Currentbody LED face mask which combines both red light therapy and near infrared technology but does this anti-aging LED face mask work? I've been using red light therapy (Solawave) and infrared therapy at home (sauna) for a while and love those so I was excited to try this. I'd seen the CurrentBody LED mask on Emily in Paris and had been wanting to try it ever since. So do the red light therapy benefits live up to the hype? I'm sharing my whole experiences and red light therapy before and after photos and videos as well as whether I think it's worth it.

I really like your video how you explain how to charge the led mask and etc I just got mine and many video didn’t explain how to charge the mask and how long you need to charge the led mask for the first time .

I love how you covered all the details. To be honest, I have been using foreo ufo 2 and it is really effective (blue light treatment has really cleared out my complexion), but I have been checking this one out - for my sister. Or should I go with another ufo 2?

Thanks so much, I love my Foreo UFO too for facials and light therapy. They both do different things really. THE UFO has more light options, heat/cold and massage mainly designed be used with their face masks (which I love) VS this which is red and infrared therapy. This mask doesn't have blue light therapy so if you're using it for that and seeing results I'd say stick to that. However, UFO doesn't do infrared therapy so if you're wanting more in terms of collagen stimulation and anti-aging this is great. I use my UFO once a week with their sheet masks and this 5x a week. Hello, my device turns off by itself after 2 minutes more or less.. I've been using it only for two weeks now. can't talk about result's dough.. don't see any difference whatsoever. 😔

Contact whomever you bought it from. Most people offer at least 30 day return policies. Mine turns off when the batteries low so definitely make sure it’s fully charged (sorry hope that doesn’t sound patronizing but I know a lot of people forget). Also remember it takes time to see results as it takes time for collagen production, cell turnover, etc. It’s not a short term fix.
