    idea from a big fan: really love how you explain things even without more examples. so, give us some homework like ' search for examples for differentiation strategy' at the end of videos, and in next video we can see examples for that fromyour video. Little weird thing... haha

    Wow, this is really insight with a clear picture about brand promise. Does anyone know where I can find the link about "90% of brands don't articulate a promise" statistic? I like to read more about it which I think is really interesting.

    I simply Like ur videos.
    One doubt, what is the difference between Brand Promise & Brand Drivers ? According to me there is no difference.

      Drivers are elements that shape the brand... eg purpose, position, promise, personality, attributes etc

      FedEx... Overnight delivery... there are many examples... simply look at the difference they claim to offer... that is what they promise to deliver
