I just received this book a few days ago. I'm so glad this has been reprinted. I strongly believe that people need to understand our enemies, their tactics, and psychological warfare being used on us.
I don't know how Protestants rely on a bunch of Solas. Alone means one, not many alones or one's. It fails logically, aside from the erroneous tenets within.

Cardinal Ratzinger (Benedict XVI) was a towering intellect and that is an understatement. Some of his "fellow" adversaries in the philosophical realm (Husserl for instance) were persons of very questionable viewpoints; also an understatement. However, Aristotle's view, Hegel's view, Kiergaard's view, et al., are very different understandings and uses of the dialectic. Cardinal Ratzinger (Benedict XVI) writings are a great gift to the Church, he is amazing (Spirit of the Liturgy for instance) and history will bear this out.
I believe by the time of the rise of the SSPX, even earlier as can be seen in the Ratzinger Report, that type of "dialectic" was becoming a disillusion for him. Deo gratius!

Mr. Charles, if you read this, I’m hoping to offer some constructive criticism or suggestions. I’m a huge consumer of information, I read a lot and listening to talks like this is a hobby, so I know a little. Secondly, I grew up in the LDS church which is a patchwork of ideas that evolved over time to address the problems that arose from Smith’s desire to be god. But, it started out emulating freemasonry. In order to extricate myself, I spent 4 years intensely studying Mormon history which naturally led me to look into Freemasonry. I am 20 minutes into your talk and I do not understand a word. I don’t recognize your description of Freemasonry, I can’t understand what point you’re making if any. I don’t know if you’re talking about what’s in the book or introducing the book. I can’t even make out the name of the author or the book. I will finish watching because a friend asked me to, but you must find a way to introduce yourself and the book quickly and succinctly. You can’t speak off the cuff, decide the salient points and distill them. Go from a to b to c, don’t get to c and go back to clear up a. You lost me & I’m hard to lose. As a new Catholic, I’m barely aware of past popes and their time periods, when the moderator offered a time span, it helped a little. You have a job to convince me in the next hour and 20 minutes that Freemasonry = all of the occult. When my friends were worshipping Satan and bringing demons into my home, I saw absolutely no relationship to Freemasonry. My neighbor was second to the head of the local lodge, I was groomed from the age of 5, I spent a lot of time in the lodge. I’m not convinced. 😅😮
I got to the 56 minute mark, I still don’t know what the book is about, I don’t know your point, if you have one. It’s just stream of conscience, off the cuff jabber that seems to echo most Catholic podcasts only less systematically. The host sounds like he’s in a tunnel rattling off names I can’t even make out. Right now, it’s at 3,800 views and 240 likes. I rest my case, I hope you & the host will improve your skills, I won’t watch anymore.
