so do you blow out the the motor housing After you remove the brushes or After you replace the brushes?????

Hello, my foredom SR seems to be making very tiny sparks inside and I think it is where these touch the armature. is this normal? Thanks.

That is completely normal. If sparks were coming outside the housing, that would be a problem.

First Step: UNPLUG your flexshaft before attempting to inspect or replace motor brushes.
