    Dr
    Hi,
    1.3 AT
    Have been using the mask on mask off protocol for at least two years. (20 mins on, 5 mins off)
    Also have been using Red light mask ( battery) in the chamber with the mask on for 5 mins at a time.
    Fully switched on thinking with Mitochondria physiology health for many years now.
    Has been an interesting journey of research and action.
    So glad to see your report on red light, confirms my thoughts. I have no health issues most people look at me and ask what the hell have you been doing.
    67 yr male, I seem to dodging all types of negative health issues my friends apear to be going through.
    Skin is certainly reversing to more younger feel, as I have been told many times.
    Actually with quite profound comments, by people who I haven’t seen me for a few years.
    Note also, I take a handful of selective enzymes such as SERRAPEPTASE and Vit B range of supplements also.
    Thanks again for a wonderful channel, love your work!
    John

    Great info thank you!!! I love understanding the details. I’ve had an infrared light for 6 years and a H2 generator for a little over a year. They make a HUGE difference and this gives me a little more detailed understanding of why. I have an O3 generator too and I’m going to try to start using it more again to get some of those benefits. I was too sensitive to use it much for a while but thanks to IRL and H2 I’m in better shape to handle it now.

    I have my own HBOT soft kind in my home and I’ve been using it for two years for a serious anti-inflammatory condition. I want to add red light therapy. In your professional opinion, are the Infrared light therapy products like the red light therapy wrap with infrared light and near infrared light very effective? Thank you. I have felt very supported by you through this process as I am alone on this difficult journey. Thank you for sharing this very important information.

    Love the channel & info delivery, you've got me down the HBOT rabbit hole :), i been using a full 4 panel RLT Tower from @Mychondria folks for about a year, been a game changer indeed. I train 7 days a week, run a full marathon each week, my recovery is amazing, very little no injuries so its working, HBOT is next :) keep up the amazing work!

    • @HBOTUSA
      @HBOTUSA  10 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Yes. Like so many other things…. One day it’s the secret to health one day and then the cause of all disease the next day!!! Who can keep up!
      So silly…. There are three types of NOS (inos, enos, nnos) they need to be in balance and they are required for health and too much can be an issue. (Especially inos. ) that said enos, and nnos are important molecules for health and regeneration. These tool help this side of the equation

      @@HBOTUSA absolutely.. certainly not me. Mark Sloan made a decent case for it being an issue in ‘the ultimate guide to methylene blue’. I was moderately persuaded. We used to give it all the time in cardiac ICU to patients with PAH. Obviously, in that case, it’s life or death anyways so 🤷🏼‍♀️ I guess there’s a time and a place just like anything else.

    Dr. I’m currently doing HBOT for post concussion syndrome (4 years) and are on 2.4 ATA and doing red light prior. Based on your video I planned the red light now after the HBOT. Yet on the 2.4ata for PCS, is your thinking it’s better to go max 2.0 as per your explanation that the brain starts to go in defend mode when going beyond 2.0? Thanks for coming back 👍

      We can't give specific medical advice on TH-cam (you can set up a consultation by emailing us at support@hbotusa). There are several factors to consider, and there isn't one specific combination that would work for everyone.

      1.5 ATA for neurological. Never higher unless its an acute brain injury

    • @HBOTUSA
      @HBOTUSA  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      This should not be considered direct medical advice as I cannot provide that through TH-cam. In general yes hyperbaric will help improve cognition, synapse connection and neurological healing

    Hi Dr. Jason, I have mild white matter brain disease. I also own a stem cell business in Costa Rica. I recently bought a used hardshell chamber thats last valve says 2.2 and the one past that says vent. My question is I am trying to do 60 sessions in 90 days. What ATA or PSI should i use to treat WMB disease and anti-aging? I am combining expanded SC and cord blood IV.

      There is really too much in a question like that to answer on the channel. You should really consider a consultation with someone to answer that in great detail. I cannot give advice like that here.

    I have a smaller redlight/far IR light. What is the best place on the body to use?

    • @HBOTUSA
      @HBOTUSA  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It's directional, so wherever the light is hitting is where cytochrome c will be stimulated. So move it around!

    • @HBOTUSA
      @HBOTUSA  9 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      They will generally have similar but not the same benefits. It’s all about the frequency of light being used, the power density and the distances from the light. Each device will have variation of the benefits based on those factors.

      Based on my research they all come from china. I hope that helps. Its a good idea to find a good company. But they literally all come from Chinese factories - even the fancy ones.

      Joovv is the premier company but they don’t last well. They work great while you have them but be prepared to send them back in for repairs at your own expense within a few years. I’ve had 2. There’s one called EMR-Tek which stands for Electromagnetic Revolution. I have one of theirs too and it has lasted well and it claims to be better than joovv. It’s also heavier but that’s probably better construction. There are others out there, one called Hooga that I’m interested in but I don’t know much about it specifically.

    Why anybody would watch a video by a chiropractor who is not trained in basic science is beyond me. How is red light supposed to get to most of the cells in our body in the first place?

      Hello @tomclayton. I do appreciate your comments and your interest in my professional journey.
      Normally I wouldn’t take this time to answer such a silly question but perhaps other people have the same questions about my background I thought I’d share some specific details.
      I started out with a BS from Ithaca college in exercise physiology. Take a look at the link. You may find some basic sciences hidden in there:
      catalog.ithaca.edu/undergrad/schools/school-health-sciences-human-performance/department-exercise-sport/exercise-science-bs/
      Yes, to your point, I then went on to chiropractic school. By the tone of your comment you may be surprised at exactly how much basic science is built into that program. Since you obviously have no idea, I included a link to that program curriculum as well:
      www.northeastcollege.edu/webdocs/registrar/DC_Curriculum.pdf
      Still not satisfied with my level of education and As an attempt to quench my thirst for knowledge I then decided to get a PhD in molecular biology with a focus on regenerative medicine from the university of Miami. Please don’t let the degree fool you there are a few basic science classes hidden in there as well.

      Because chiropractors are better educated than allopathic medical doctors. The help that they can give you is far better and more encompassing then the other doctors. They are doctors themselves and have gone through a minimum of six years training. And the gentleman you are watching in this video his explained his other levels of education and experience. I have used red light for several years now and it's absolutely wonderful. The doctors you are used to want to fill you up with prescriptions after they give you many unnecessary and sometimes harmful tests using radiation. I have been treated by several chiropractors over the years who fixed the problem immediately after an allopathic doctor had no clue. You should also watch this gentleman video on hydrogen water. You will learn a lot and hopefully change your attitude towards him.
