मैंने बैक लोन लिया और पैसे को अपनी धर्मपत्नि के बैक एकाउंण्ट में भेज दिया। इस के उपरान्त मेरी धर्मपत्नि ने एक प्लॉट को खरीदने के लिए दिनॉक 25.05.2024 को एग्रीमेन्ट किया, जिसकी सूचना मेैने अपने विभाग दिनॉक 25.05.2024 को उसी दिन दे दी। विभाग द्वारा अनुमति देने से पूर्व ही श्रीमति जी ने उस प्लॉट को दिनॉक 06.06.2024 को अपने नाम खरीद लिया। इसकी सूचना भी मेैने सुनिश्चित समयावधि के अन्दर अपने विभाग को दे दी।
कृपया मुझे बताये कि क्या विभाग से अनुमति मिलने से पूर्व ही प्लॉट को खरीद कर गलती की गई है
