Haven't heard of it, but will be on the lookout, as I do like those other rums you mentioned. It's at a similar price point too ($30 USD). Though, it is pronounced as "BY-you," as in the Credence Clearwater Revival classic "Born on the Bayou."

Im from the new orleans louisiana area bayou rums use only molassas from louisiana grown sugar only so they say
