This was made in 2010. Since then bruins won the cup, Red Sox won 2 more world series titles, the pats won three more and the Celtics won in 2024. Love being a Boston sports fan!
I first thought this was a new production, but seeing how young everyone looked I quickly corrected that idea! What great run that was, especially having the Pats lift us up after 9/11. Thanks for this bit of nostalgia.
Also that 5th pick that brought Allen and by default Garnett to Boston eventually led to the Pjerce Garnett trade to Brooklyn that gave Boston Tatum and Brown so also led to yet another championship.
1 title since 2021 could’ve been 3 or 4 if the redsox pull it together in 2021 in the alcs and would’ve won the World Series , the Celtics would’ve won in 2022 if they never chokes against the warriors also the bruins if they never choke to the florida panthers in the playoffs
We definitely need a part 2 of this bc Boston wasn't finished with their second decade of dominance between Patriots, Bruins and Redsox winning more chips
Out of the big 4 sports in north America (baseball, football, Hockey, basketball) Boston, and by extension Massachusetts, has the best dynasty in 2 of them (Celtics, patriots).
Crediting Belichick with building the Patriots' dynasty is very disingenuous. His regular season record as NE Head Coach before and after Tom Brady was 34-49; from 2001 through 2019 with Brady as starter (with a few exceptions) 232-77. Bill Belichick is one of the greatest defensive minds the league has seen so for all the shade I'll otherwise throw at him, he DOES deserve credit for that side of the ball, but his SINGULAR accomplishment as head coach that contributed to the ensuing dominance was simply "sticking with the hot hand" after starting QB Bledsoe was cleared to play. Most of the press framed losing ones job from injury as wrong and Belichick's decision, controversial. This was in 2001; Belichick's Patriots had finished 2000 with a 5-11 record and was on the proverbial hot seat. With Bledsoe under center, NE's record was 0-2- then the Jet's Mo Lewis delivered the fateful hit late in that loss. I do hope that Belichick has remembered the former linebacker every holiday for his brutal but clean hit that opened the door to a dynasty but saved Belichick's job in New England.
I've got a problem with the title of this video. Apparently the maker of this video doesn't understand the meaning of dominant. Boston has a team in all 4 major sports leagues... The Patriots, the Celtics, the Bruins and the Red Sox. When you do the math, 10 years times 4 teams equals 40 possible titles. Winning 6 titles out of a possible 40 is NOT dominant by definition... It's not even close to dominant. The one thing that is accurate is what I'm gonna say next... The maker of this video made him or herself look like a clown. 🤡🤡🤡
Mikey's pissed... Consider this 6 titles in 10 years TWICE IN A ROW. 2001-2010 6 titles, again 2011 to 2020 6 titles. That's 12 in an 18 year span. By comparison NY has 8 teams and in the same span 2 teams/3 titles... Not to mention that Boston teams also played in another 6 title rounds and another 7 conference rounds. So yes it is "sports dominance".
Crazy dominance: Dodgers: 1 Rams: 1 Kings: 2 Galaxy: 5 Lakers: 6 Boston always second to LA 🤌🏽 Don’t let us get started on the LA Sparks too with another 3. Yall will always be runner up, enjoy the Dunkin’ Donuts, black ice, and the 2 hour drive to Gillette Stadium losers
12>10 no one cares about the MLS and the refs bailed the Lakers out to win two of those championships. I'll take Dunkin over Pink's Hot Dogs and anything in LA. Boston is the greatest city of the century and LA will never come close in terms of fan loyalty and support, good try buddy, we know our history.
Boston Is Always Home 🏠

Boston did twice, starting in 2011 (6) more chips!!! Check it out Baby!!!
For those who live in CT and are fans of the Boston pro sports and UConn
Life is so sweet I devolved a cavity.

Should've been called 2 decades of dominance
Decade? More like 2 decades... 2001 to 2010 3 teams/6 titles, 2011-2020 3 teams/6 titles. That's 12 titles in an 18 year span.
Boom! Nuff said

Looking at YOU REVOLUTION
MLS isn't a professional sports league.
I think this was probably made in 2010 that’s why it’s only a decade and not 2
If you click on the more info button it says produced in 2010 . Regardless, damn this gave me chills . All over again
🍺😎
It should be called +1 2011 Boston Bruins
I like Boston Teams But We were Running Like the New York Yankees and that’s Not Fair In America!
