Just a note here. My EMP4 seems to run well however, the slide must be racked to prevent intermittent feed jams which only seem to occur when utilizing the slide release. It is feeding ok during firing and I plan on during a feed ramp polish soon. Also, there are some MIM parts. This counters what some folks are saying that all parts are forged or machined.
Just thought I'd mention that the EMP4 will fit snugly in a 1911 full size (5") holster. The barrel length of the pistol doesn't matter. The grip is the seem size as the full size 1911. The EMP 4" now shares the same iwb leather holster (I don't care for Kydex. The hard plastic mares any gun's finish) with my Dan Wesson full size Valor.
I just picked up the EMP 4 CCC. My magazines are tight fit, how about yours? It was kind of hard finding a holster for them, but spoke to Alien and they told me to purchase the 1911 4 inch holster. Can't wait to test out the holster. Trigger so crisp. Note to owners of this model. It was kind of hard to get the slide lever to place back in. Be careful not to scratch your frames :(
My mags didn't seem to be especially tight. But I do know that the LW Champion vs. the CCC has 10 round mags vs. 9 round mags, so I don't know if that is part of it. Don't forget the gear up promo either... I just got the email confirmation that the submission was accepted, so it took about 4 weeks. Thanks for checking out the vid!
I remember when these first came out I wanted one so bad, thought about finally grabbing one but passed and went with a Ranger Officer Champion instead, only paid $749 so I saved $200, besides different parts there basically the same to me..Should be here tomorrow

This one, the 4" Lightweight Champion has a 10+1 capacity in 9mm. The 3" EMP and 4" Concealed Carry Contour have a 9+1 capacity in 9mm. But I'm sure you can use the 10 round mags in the other versions. Thanks for checking out the video!
