I remember reading an article of someone finding a massive muskie jaw on one of the flowages in WI. If you used it to extrapolate size and weight, it would easily beat the current record. On a related note, I came across 2 Ontario conservation officers conducting an electrode fish survey. That's where they use an electromagnetic field to stun fish and they float to the surface to be counted. I asked him if there were any big muskies in the lake. He stated that if people knew how big they were, they would never go swimming. The other guy said there are only 2 methods for a guy to go skinny dipping in that lake and they were the back stroke and the one handed dog paddle.
I see my jon boat and tent made the video. I thought I recognized you when we talked on the river that afternoon. The first fish you lost is my favorite spot on that stretch!
I'd never say..."I didn't shank it like you" !! Just in case you ever need another fisherman in your boat 😁. It's good to do some laughing ! Keep up the good work... thanks again for your videos!
Matt Vavroch Fishing It's the best man! I definitely have a new favorite way of targeting these fish. In fact, in a vid coming up we will venture out on our own on a different river and are pleasantly surprised by what we find! 😉
@@AnglingAnarchy dude that's awesome, looking forward to it. there is one river down here that I could do that in but there is no way to know the density at all because there was just a period of time they leached down from a lake.
Cool. Hopefully I’ll see Angling Anarchy or Today’s Angler out there one day. Grew up fishing that lake. Living in Las Vegas I get out there every other year or so.
@@AnglingAnarchy Have you ever fished Chippewa or Round Lake in Hayward? And what city are you based out of? Sorry for all the questions I'm just super curious because I love Hayward, WI!!!
CTR Fishing We don't spend much time on the Chip or Round, we target a lot of the smaller lakes in the area. I live in Janesville, but my buddy has a place in Loretta that is our base of operations when we're up there.
Angling Anarchy Oh damn you’re pretty close! I’m from Rockford, IL literally a 40 minute drive to Janesville. Do you have any social media I can find you on? Facebook, Snapchat, Fishbrain??
I love how hard Nate was laughing when you lost your first musky!
Stewey Dewey lol, yeah he's good at that 🤣
Great day on the water Brian, and you get another trophy for putting up with Nate. Nice video as always.
Mitchell Genz Thank you sir! The trophy case is getting pretty full 😆
Close call with that drone! Cool drone shots of the river and the colors of the bottom.
Ben Stone Fishing I still haven't checked it to see if the camera is still functional lol. Really giving it some time to dry out 😆
I have a new game you can play. Try to hit the drone with your lure during a cast. lol
The Lonesome Fisherman That's almost happened a few times 😳
@@AnglingAnarchy That wouldn't be good for the drone but if you got good video of it that might go viral.

@@AnglingAnarchy Always ! My pleasure Brian
Keep the skinny water content coming!
Timothy Thompson Will do! I have a musky vid or two plus some skinny water smallie vids in the hopper!
Dude, I need to get on one of those river bites that is such cool close quarters fishing!

Man you guys are so used to catching Musky it's like nothing to you... if I caught even that 20 incher I'd lose my mind!
Have you ever fished Shawano lake?
Brian Semmerling I never have. I hear good things about it though!
Cool. Hopefully I’ll see Angling Anarchy or Today’s Angler out there one day. Grew up fishing that lake. Living in Las Vegas I get out there every other year or so.
You ever fish anywhere in Hayward area? The fishing capital of the world!
CTR Fishing We do quite a bit of fishing in the area between Hayward and Park Falls!

Jeremy B Thanks much! I'll try not to do it too much, just enough for anyone new I suppose 😁
