Hi Lisa 😊 just a note to possibly help rubbing mod podge on your projects. Try pieces of plastic wrap. It's a process that I learned from watching Kathy Jo it's what she uses. Cut a couple of pieces to cover your project, place it on top & use your method to smooth out wrinkles! But if you remove the plastic wrap get a clean piece in case it has mod podge? Hope this helps ! Also liked your idea to mark the tapes while painting the plaids 👍 I will definitely be adding this TH-cam to my archives!

I've tried mod podge several different ways but I was thinking that it was a small piece, how bad could I mess it up? 😂 It normally works out well but this time.... well you saw what happened. Next time I'll try that or the one where you put a coat of mod podge on and let it dry and then you put the tissue paper on, add some parchment paper on top of that and then use a heat press to reactivate the mod podge. And thank you so much Felicia for your advice! I appreciate that so much.
