An acute congestive glaucoma would have sudden, severe pain with very poor vision , marked congestion, shallow A.C, oval pupil.

Followed by RAPD , hard eyeball , hazy cornea due to corneal edema ..if the paiteint have previous attack then the paiteint may have pupil atrophy , glaucomfekins etc ....
