Horizontal Press Brakes are often overlooked for production and fabrication facilities but are one of the most flexible machines available and can be configured with controls and tools to suit a wide variety of production needs.
In this video the HB 28 Ton Horizontal Press Brake from RHTC is demonstrated and connected to a removable back gauge system that can be operated by the Touchscreen Controller or Manually. The controller is a Schneider ProFace touchscreen controller can be programmed to do a one-off bend or to do a multiple bend production process and the program can integrate the back gauge system to work in coordination with the programmed bending steps.
The controller comes standard with the ability to store 99 programs but the storage can be customised to suite the customer’s needs. Each program can be named alphanumerically allowing the program name to be coordinated by customer, part number, drawing number, production run, or any other name that you may desire.
All of our horizontal presses come with standard tooling that includes posts, V-Die, V-Punch, T-Slot plate, and a tie bar mechanism. Bespoke tooling to suit your application is also available.
