Ok hi. I switched over from a 7 to an Xr. So turned off “include videos” and what happened was I got back my messages but I didn’t get back my pics, documents or pdf files in each specific message.
Solution 3 worked! Turns out my icloud drive was still syncing stuff but was stuck but i just turned it off and on, and the icloud restore was done in a minute! It took me hours yesterday so thanks!
I backed up my WhatsApp chats, then deleted the app.. I then reinstall the WhatsApp app & restored history chats & media and I have lost all my new chats, only old ones came up? Can you help me please?
