Seeing him learn how to properly use his body again instead of his ragged movements from super saiyan rage. Slowly becoming less emotional to finally master ultra instinct is really good vs the anime well lack of a narrative to the ultra instinct
@@Zeronigel332 in the anime, Goku doesn't even talk before he gets UI, and you can really see how he slowly becomes less and less emotional. The whole process is very gradual and he starts to get better even in UI omen by eg. attacking before being able to get UI. And once he does, the transition is just so cool and much more choreographed. Here, he randomly talks and then, all of a sudden, he powers up to UI. The whole angelic light thing is missing, along with the badass part of Goku destroying Jiren's signature blast like nothing. I'm mainly talking about completed UI, not the whole martial arts omen thing
I ain't gonna lie this battle was a lot more underwhelming then in the anime, I don't even understand why since the Moro fight was epic, I actually like that more then this one's anime counterpart
The Moro fight was more epic because he had more control over UI, and the fight lasted longer. He didn't really do much with it in this arc in the manga.
Jiren actually managed to take MUI Goku down in the manga thanks to his sheer determination to grow stronger in battle and adapt to his opponents. Goku MUI's wore off because he couldn't keep up with Jiren's brute force and speed who was getting stronger with each attack he landed successfully against Goku

also i liked this version of the fight than the anime, sure both Jiren and goku had more moves there but they stretched it a lot with goku getting ui 3 times and the mastering in 3rd round, was such a drag compared to how its shown as logical here and how master roshi gave some hints to him finally unlocking it on his own kinda better than just absorbing the spirit bomb and getting ui which didnt make sense much.

It was literally explained by whis Gokus body moving on its own takes a tole on him that's why he got knocked out of it
