The first video will have been a reconstruction, as we have strict laws here in Britain. From memory the foster father appeared to be circumstantially guilty... such a sad case. Jill Dando's murder was such a shock... absolutely tragic! From little biddy England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 😊

When you are arrested your dna is taken and stored until the result of your guilt or innocence. If guilty its stored forever, if innocent it is destroyed. Or it's supposed to be but who really knows.

DNA hasn't been destroyed on innocence or non-charge for quite some time now.

DNA is routinely took if you get arrested nowadays, but I'd imagine once DNA started getting used to solve crimes, quite a few ppl with dodgy pasts might have cleaned up their act a bit & not got in to anymore trouble. Simply to avoid their DNA ever being on the database & connecting them to crimes that will get them locked up for a long time.

Sadly 1990s police arrested so many people for crimes like whistling in the street so they could stockpile DNA that it is now worked against them.
We were told if we were not charged and convicted it would have been discarded. We were lied to. Now most DNA has been contaminated due to police incompetence.

DNA is only as good as the Lab processing it. There was a case a few years ago where a guy from Devon was accused of a r*pe in Manchester based on DNA alone, he had never been to Manchester. It was only on the day the trial started did the Lab admit that they had got samples mixed up. The guy was released but the damage had been done to his life, losing his wife, his job and his home.

Familial DNA is used a lot these days, this is how they caught the murderer of Melanie Road, a 17 year old girl, raped and stabbed 26 times. That bastard was caught 31 years later. For whatever reason the killers daughter was DNA swabbed and they got him.

No that wasn't the actual crime being caught on camera if it was it wouldn't be on this list as still unsolved that was a reconstruction of the attack with actors 🤣🤣🤣.

You can watch all the individual cases, of which I remember very well, apart from the last one I'm not quite that old 😁, the DNA will be taken routinely if you're arrested for anything, otherwise you wouldn't be on the databases

The back streets near white chapel. are very very spooky at night. And I'd advise anybody not to go down these dark alleyways. you never know who's lerking round the corner. Me and a friend went in day light. and that was spooky Enough. so if you do make sure you have someone with you. from 🇬🇧👍 an old cockney gal

I love true crime stuff. I actually played the Killer a few times in some shows. A couple of snapped, an episode of homicide for the holidays and Vengaence. I've acted in 7-8 tried crime shows. I just didn't think that would be something you guys would wanna see me reacting to.

@@SimplySavageReactions look at Professor David Wilson and Dr Angela Gallop criminal psychologist and the other DNA expert, we've quite a few True Crime series in the UK, some with reconstructions, others talking about what makes X Y and Z commit the crimes Professor David Wilson has been working on a TV series In The Footsteps Of A Killers going over old cold cases, and the other one is Cold Cases Forensics, we also feature crimes on Crimewatch which is one reason that they thought Jill Dando had been killed on her doorstep as she was a presenter on this programme, I've never thought this has anything too do with her death, as there were and are many police and TV presenters on that programme, she was due to marry in a few months when she was shot, point blank in a very well lined Street in the middle of London? Some of the cases I'm not sure we'll ever find out what happened, at the moment we've a case of a 45 year old female just disappearing while walking her dog, something very odd with this case as well, unsure if she just had enough and buggered off or something else at play, we've a few cases like this whereby people just vanish, just Google it and it'll come up, but always use the English channels

Diana Spencer 'died' that same year. There is a theory that neither of those two women actually existed, but we're both played by a series of actors. They decided it was no longer worth maintaining the façade, so they staged the death of both of them. Read up on it There are a heck of a lot of connections between the people involved.

Don't know what tv channel you watch? That footage was so 80s. Now we do catch them. Sadly our laws are so rubbish we give offenders 2 years probation and a nice big squishy hug. Unfortunately British law and culture has gone so woke the victim is to blame, unless they can say differently from the grave.
