This was so interesting! I remember my Mum used to do a bit of metal embossing, so was nice to see the process. I had a similar incident with a little grass snake in Australia once, it was quite cute and not scary though. 😄🐍💖

perhaps pre-heating the prepared foil canvas might yield easier, better results. i've never attempted this craft, but it appeared to me in a dream with multiple metals used to make an ornate, ancient Greecian bath scene.
